Luca LTJ Trevisi (LTJ Xperience) began his DJ / Producer career in the 80s. As Resident DJ in two of the most famous Italian clubs of the time, Kinky in Bologna and Cap Creus in Imola, he was one of the first Italian jocks to spin House and to re-propose those black music, jazz and latin-bossa classics from the 70s that at the end of the same decade would have given birth to the Acid Jazz and Rare Groove movements. His first single release in 1988, titled First Job, together with Kekkotronics, was also the first release ever on Bologna based IRMA records. It was featured in a lot of compilations of the time and entered several playlists, rapidly reaching cult status for many UK and US DJs. During the early 90s LTJ delivered a couple of singles in a kind of pre-breakbeat style: Dont Stop The Sax, released all over Europe, and Funky Superfly. He also produced US singer Tameka Starrs single Going In Circles, always for IRMA records, still a classic in the Downtempo / R&B field. In the second half of the nineties Luca began to produce Acid Jazz bands like Bossa Nostra, still today one of IRMA records main acts. Their first album had Vicky Anderson as special guest and today is still considered one of the most important European acid jazz albums. In the following years he concentrated on developing his activity as collector and rare vinyl merchant, which gave him the chance to get in touch with DJs from all over the World and to discover many forgotten gems from the past years. Thanks to this experience he was able to create two extremely successful rarities series on IRMA records: Groovy and Suono Libero. In the meanwhile LTJ started to DJ outside Italy too, performing in important venues like the Blue Note and Jazz Café in London, Giant Step in New York and Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland. In 1999 saw the release of his first solo album under the LTJ Xperience moniker. Style: House

All you have to do is hit the play button and Electric Horizon will take care of the rest. Indeed in ways the album feels like one endless cosmic track, but if you’re tuned into European electronic music deriving from the lines of Giorgio Moroder then this album will excite you in ways you doubted possible in 2012. Of course, that’s not in any way to limit the power and scope of this beautifully crafted music which also touches upon many contemporary bases in its process. The opening single, Falling Star will explain everything to you in plain English, although it actually took until track 5 before even noticing the complete absence of vocals – which says something about the music’s capability in itself. Fake Blood has mixed the latest instalment in the Fabriclive series. Theo Keating started releasing music as Fake Blood in 2007—previously he was best known for his work as one half of The Black Ghosts alongside Simon Lord. Fabriclive 69 will arrive around six months on from the release of Cells, his debut album as Fake Blood. "I went for combinations and blends that seemed a little odd on paper, but to me worked really well sonically—to keep it surprising rather than too linear or working towards some kind of crescendo," says Keating of the mix. "It's more about regular moments throughout than building to the last tune." The 30-track selection includes newer material from Paul Woolford's Special Request project, Brodinski, Drums Of Death and French Fries alongside older cuts, such as Nightmares On Wax's "Aftermath" and "Jam The Mace" by House Syndicate, and a sprinkling of Keating's own material. In the 90's Mike Wall made his first experiences with electronic music. In these years, he started mixing tapes and playing his first gigs in the East Germany. But he released under the name Mike Wall for the first time on the record label Modulat in 2005, and since then things started looking up for him. In the same year, he played at the legendary Melt Festival! and refurnished his studio. These changes brought a fresh wind in his EP's like "Loose Changes" or "She Comes" and let his productions seem much more smooth and warm. He is known over the border of Germany for the variety in his sets, because even listeners in Italy, Spain, Greece, Austria and Switzerland, USA, Russia and more.. were very enthusiastic about his dynamic sounds. In 2006, his début vinyl was released on the London minimal label named "Safari Electronique", which is home to very talented producers such as Italoboyz, Delete and Arnaud le Textier, Cesare vs. Disorder, Christian Burkhardt, just to name a few. Since then, a lot happened and he released on labels like smallroom music, Hidden Recordings, Sleaze and his own label Wall Music. With the foundation of Wall Music/Wall Music Limited, he took a further step into independence and he began to push unknown artists and labels with the credo of having the best fun out of it. AYBEE returns unveiling "Worlds" his second album on Deepblak. Here we embark on cross-dimensional travels into rhythm as AYBEE dives headfirst into sonic landscapes. 'Worlds" fuses elements of the cosmic, and the deep. Armon Bazile's brand of deep has always been expansive; the type of sound that has you gazing to a darkened cosmic infinity way off beyond the stars. This is particularly true of his most prolific alias, AYBEE. In fact, if it's possible, his latest full-length, "Worlds", is even deeper than 2009's East Oakland Space Program. It's stripped even barer, and in place of human colourings like soul and jazz are distinctly alien details. There are just about enough beats and recognisable percussive sounds for Worlds to be loosely called deep house, but claps certainly don't sit on the two and the four, and in fact regimented twos and fours hardly exist at all. So awesomely spacious are efforts like the floating intergalactic bump of "Landing" that it's as if they have no outer edge whatsoever. On "What Is," beautifully splashy claps ring out into an empty abyss with only dangling melodic droplets for company. There's also a scuffed, stuttering kick drum but it doesn't anchor you, instead acting like a propeller, steering you further through the unknown. Record Label: Deepblak Style: House
