SAXORIOR was already founded in 1994. The band developed through numerous concerts and festival appearances and already 7 albums, 1 EP & 1 compilation, to a constant size in the metal scene. After the successful album Saksen from 2015, their 8th album Hem (old Saxon for home) is now released. Musically it is a bit harder than the predecessor and lyrically it deals with Saxon Switzerland, its origin, the Hussite wars and some old legends. Guests include Robse from EQUILIBRIUM and MINAS MORGUL. Hem was released on 27.09.2019, exactly to the 25th anniversary of the band, again on Einheit Produktionen and supported by numerous live performances

With Singularitäten FERNDAL continue their 2016 started way to weave (Black-) Metal with classical elements. But if you expect keyboard sounds and kitschy samples, you're wrong: This is by no means artificially symphonic inflated pop music! Rather, classical compositional structures are juxtaposed with those of Black Metal, merge into each other and are crossed: Black Metal songs in classical garb (piano quintet in E minor Mother North, a classical adaptation of the Satyricon classic), classical composition in Black Metal sound (serenade) - and everything in between. Singularities was recorded, mixed and mastered at the Hellforge Studio by Marco Brinkmann in 2018, Mother North was recorded at the concert hall of the Musikhochschule Münster by Michael Hierer. Guest musicians have contributed to the variety of sounds on 4 cellos (grand piano, organ and French horn). Thematically the album moves around philosophical, psychological and emotional aspects of freedom and existence - sometimes with cold precision, sometimes with expressive violence. More varied and dark: sophisticated and rousing melodic Black Metal!
