Portsmouth's finest Attack! Vipers! back with their 2nd full length, Deadweight Revival! This is their 8th release since their formation in 2006 and after a number of singles and splits with the like of Astpai, Young Livers, Worn in Red, Lavotchkin and their 2007 album 'The Mirror & The Destroyer' Attack! Vipers! have managed to take it one step further with this latest effort. The twelve new songs push the band's love of punk, rock and hardcore and are the end result of a challenging few years, dealing with personal struggles and loss. This second full length came together under the ever patient eye of long time collaborator Rich Tamblyn (The Dawn Chorus, Autons, Frank Turner) at the old Blacksmiths in Portsmouth with Pete Miles (The King Blues, Crazy Arm & Sonic Boom Six) bringing it to a crushing close at the end of 2011 by mixing and mastering the whole affair. “For once, the exclamation marks are justified.
