Be Well will release their first album The Weight And The Cost on August 21, 2020. The debut will be released via End Hits Records as well as Equal Vision Records. With the song Confessional there will also be a new audio sample in the course of the advance sale. You can find it together with the cover artwork and the tracklist in this post below. Confessional is the final track on the album and serves as an emotional ode to McTernan's hopes for his daughter's future as he works to manage his own life of depression. Both optimism and pain can be felt in the song, which serves as a hymn for these isolated times. The debut of Be Well presents McTernan in his most honest and transparent moments. He describes his struggles with depression and fatherhood in lyrics that are both heartbreaking and hopeful in equal parts. Already last year the band released a two track EP.
