During their 3 years together, they've gone from straight ahead 3 chord lo-fi fuzz pop to 1960s girl group influenced tunes, from experimental, almost atonal drone music to stripped back production on their previous album... and now on this particular release, they delve into electronic beats, crackle, fizz. The band were formed from the ashes of The Manhattan Love Suicides in 2009 by Darren and Caroline and have carved out a cult following since their early lo-fi pop. Their previous albums were all released on Squirrel Records and this one sees the band releasing on Odd Box Records (home to an early EP and the lead singles from this new long player).
