elayhead was formed by three Finnish friends in July 2010. The idea came up after drinking huge amount of alcohol. When morning came they actually decided to put their money where their mouths were and starting writing. The result is ‘Vol. 40%’, and was recorded in seven days. The band describes their music as raw rock ‘n roll, but they are being modest. For Delayhead brings me back to the mid-eighties, when Metallica was still creepy and good, not to even mention Dark Angel! Especially the vocals remind of the latter. This ain’t no thrashrevival, this is thrash! Nice and dark for a change, not that happy skatepunk shit. Record Label: Inverse Style: Trash Metal
