The current lineup of The Kingsbury Manx has been together since 2003. Bill Taylor plays guitar and sings lead vocals, Ryan Richardson switches between drums and bass and sings. Clarque Blomquist switches between bass and drums and sings backing vocals. Paul Finn plays keyboards. The Kingsbury Manx return after three years with their sixth album, pushing their unique blend of folk-pop melodicism farther out into the reaches of psychedelia and even 70's prog-rock territory. Bronze Age was recorded at Sound of Music, in Richmond, VA during the spring of 2011 by producer John Morand. After a lengthy refining period, Brian Paulson mixed it at his home in Carrboro.
