With his 28 years, the bassist Rafael Jerjen is one of the greatest talents that the small but fine jazz scene in Australia has to offer. The native Swiss is not a friend of tight corsets and specifications. On the contrary, his Rafael Jerjen Concept is a compositional playground. He then develops pieces with changing musicians for different formations. After a quintet and a septet-cast (in which he shone Hank Mobleys' milestone "Soul Station" in a new glow), he now dedicates himself to Tricept of the King's discipline: the Jazz Trio.
