Качество и количество: Turnstile умеют делать и то, и другое. После того как в июне 2021 года герои американского хардкора выпустили только свой новый EP "Turnstile Love Connection", в августе они представляют свой новый, третий альбом "Glow On".

квинтет, в состав которого по-прежнему входят Брэди Эберт (лид-гитара), Дэниел Фанг (ударные, перкуссия), Брендан Йейтс (вокал), "Freaky" Франц Лайонс (бас, перкуссия, вокал) и, с 2016 года, Пэт Маккрори (ритм-гитара), написал для него 15 композиций. В их число входят и четыре песни, вошедшие в EP: "Holiday", "Mystery", "No Suprise" и "T.L.C.".

Записанный с продюсером Майком Элизондо и сопродюсером Йейтсом, "Glow On" стал продолжением альбома 2018 года "Time & Space", на котором Turnstile открыли новые горизонты в хардкоре и расширили стилистические границы. Новая пластинка также не ограничивается жанровыми рамками и использует широкий музыкальный спектр: хардкор, поп и R'n'B. Поэтому неудивительно, что для нескольких песен, включая сингл "Alien Live Call" и "Lonely Dezires", группа сотрудничала с английским певцом, автором песен и продюсером Dev Hynes, известным как Blood Orange. Несколько вокальных партий также ожидается в песне "Endless".

Turnstile была образована в 2010 году в Балтиморе, штат Мэриленд. С тех пор группа выпустила три EP и два альбома: "Nonstop Feeling" (2015) и "Time & Space" (2018). Их музыку, скорее всего, можно отнести к хардкор-панку. Однако они всегда были открыты для экспериментов и новых влияний. Американский журнал NPR уже писал об их сингле "Holiday": "Turnstile способны заманить своими эффектными крючками даже самого искушенного в поп-музыке слушателя". Нью-йоркский журнал The Fader уже выбрал эту песню в качестве одной из "20 лучших рок-песен прямо сейчас".

DEVIL SOLD HIS SOUL burst onto the UK underground metal and hardcore scene in 2004 growing a cult following from their first record, ‘Darkness Prevails’ EP released through Visible Noise (BRING ME THE HORIZON) in 2005. Their debut album, ‘A Fragile Hope’ saw the band take their position as one of the most respected underground bands in the UK with their visceral and captivating live shows.
