Originally released in 1962, Twist Uptown, is the first LP from The Crystals, released on the heels of their singles chart successes with "Uptown" and "There's No Other (Like My Baby)". Produced by Phil Spector and featuring numerous tunes from the legendary Brill Building team of Cynthia Weil and Barry Mann, Twist Uptown is the epitome of the early 60s teenage sound.
